Structure and Leadership

• Director of the College – Provides strategic leadership, oversees academic and administrative operations, and represents the College at institutional and national levels.

• Deputy Director (Academic Affairs) – Coordinates academic programs, curriculum development, and quality assurance to uphold academic standards.

• Deputy Director (Research & Innovation) – Leads research initiatives, partnerships, and publication efforts, ensuring the integration of innovation into teaching and practice.

• Registrar/College Secretary – Oversees institutional administration, human resources, and policy implementation within the College.

• Heads of Department – Manage departmental academic activities, staff development, and student welfare, while ensuring alignment with the College’s strategic objectives.

• Finance and Planning Officer – Ensures sound financial management, resource allocation, and strategic budgeting in line with the College’s sustainability goals.

• Administrative and Technical Staff – Support the smooth execution of academic, research, and outreach programs.
