Structure and Leadership
Director of the College – Provides strategic leadership, oversees academic and administrative operations, and represents the College at institutional and national levels.
Deputy Director (Academic Affairs) – Coordinates academic programs, curriculum development, and quality assurance to uphold academic standards.
Deputy Director (Research & Innovation) – Leads research initiatives, partnerships, and publication efforts, ensuring the integration of innovation into teaching and practice.
Registrar/College Secretary – Oversees institutional administration, human resources, and policy implementation within the College.
Heads of Department – Manage departmental academic activities, staff development, and student welfare, while ensuring alignment with the College’s strategic objectives.
Finance and Planning Officer – Ensures sound financial management, resource allocation, and strategic budgeting in line with the College’s sustainability goals.
Administrative and Technical Staff – Support the smooth execution of academic, research, and outreach programs.
Together, the management team works collaboratively to uphold the College’s mission, promote efficiency, and ensure that NReg continues to deliver excellence in all its endeavors.
